MEET LADY VERONICA
Lady, Dr. Veronica E. Goss is a perpetual student of the Bible who proclaims that the Word of God is powerful, exciting, and life-changing when we work the Word! She has been working in various aspects of the ministry for over thirty years. When she moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma, she continued her devotion and service to God by joining the Morning Star Baptist Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where her husband, Dr. Rodney A. Goss, serves as the Senior Pastor.
Dr. Goss is an avid lover of God’s Word. She currently serves as the Bible Teacher for the Oklahoma Baptist State Convention Pastors, Ministers' Wives and Widows Auxiliary and the Bible Instructor for the First United Creek District Pastors and Ministers' Wives and Widows Auxiliary. In addition to state and local duties, Lady Goss serves as the First Vice-President of the Morning Star Baptist Church WMU (Women's Mission Union), Superintendent of the Sunday School, and as a Sunday School teacher for the adult class. She is also the Founder and Director of Strengthening Our Sisterhood (S.O.S.) Women's Ministry, where she is devoted to leading women to a more authentic and deeper relationship with one another and with Christ.
In addition, because of Lady Goss’ commitment, study, and application to the Word of God, she is frequently called upon to bring the keynote address at women's conferences and special programs. She, along with her husband, has been frequently sought to conduct marriage conferences/seminars, and you can find them hosting the Better Together Couples Ministry at Morning Star Baptist Church.
Dr. Goss holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Communications from her beloved HBCU, Alcorn State University, a Master of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from The University of Tulsa, and a Doctor of Ministry in Biblical Studies from Andersonville Theological Seminary.
